Developing training linked to asset management and maintenance optimisation tailored to a clients specific needs.  Providing workshop facilitation and delivering specific client-developed training content where required.

Providing specialist contract management advice.

Guidance and support on contract development, structure, and duration of service contracts as well as assisting clients through the contract negotiation and implementation stages.

Assisting clients in getting better outcomes from managing change within their businesses.

Achieved through analysing the impacts on people, systems, costs, revenue and reputation with a focus on improving engagement with internal stakeholders.

Assisting clients more effectively understand and manage risk.

By identifying and developing strategies to manage risks to clients businesses in a number of areas including health & safety, reputation, financial and operations.
